Slow servers, broken equipment and second rate programs are used every where. If you’re looking for work/life balance you will absolutely not have it here.Įquipment is all refurbished garbage or the cheapest product on the market. Schedules are all over the place which is pretty standard for the industry, but just because it’s industry standard doesn’t mean they can’t do better. So if you’re days off are Tuesday/Wednesday then you can’t book you’re vacation time for Thursday-Monday. If you participate in the formal vacation bid the you can only request Sunday-Saturday. They are ALWAYS understaffed and deny all requests.
